Ink plus comes with the 3 extra nibs and some bluetooth functionality for quickly opening apps with the press of a button. If you dont care about the bluetooth, this might be a good choice for you. Just make sure your device is compatible with the wacom drivers. The windows pen protocol is unreliable and I wouldn't recommend it without the wacom drivers.
