“Will this stylus work on a Projected Capacitive screen?”

The Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus product works with 2-in-1 Windows devices that have built-in inside their hardware, either Wacom Active ES protocol (AES) or Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP). That said, if the computer being used is a tablet with a touch screen that can support the previously mentioned protocols and supports Windows, then yes it should work. Regards
