You can do animation on the Wacom Cintiq 16 Pen DIsplay! Essentially, the Pen Display acts like a second monitor that you can actually draw directly on. The Pen Display has to be plugged into your computer to work; once plugged in, it displays whatever is on your computer screen and you use it like any other tablet from there. Basically, if your computer can run an animation software safely, the Wacom Cintiq 16 will support it!
