I would always invest in the medium size. You can not rest your hand on the small one and it will cramp up and give you carpal tunnel. Wait for a sake and invest in the medium. It is completely worth it for comfortable use if you are working a lot! I am an illustrator of 15 years. Large is too large and expensive, small one is annoying. Medium is perfect.
