- Answer It is not recommended to floss with well water. Naegleria fowleri, may be present in some tap water or unchlorinated well water and may be fatal if directed into these areas.

QuestionI fill the tank and turn it on, and barely make 30 seconds when the tank is empty; water flows out the bottom of the pik and out by the cord, depleting water supply in no time -- what am I doing wrong?

- Answer Check to make sure the nozzle is clocked in completely. I had the same experience once and popped it out and back in, listening for that click. It should not leak out of the handle end of the nozzle

QuestionMy WP-112 is less than a year old, and the water stopper on the handle is broken. It is stuck, preventing from the water flowing at all. How can I replace that part only?
