YES IT ILL BUT YOU NEED AN ADAPTER KEEP IN MIND BOOT SPEED WILL BE LONGER
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but you will need an adapter. There's a way to adapt it to Apple's proprietary connector. There's a huge thread on macrumors about it. Just takes the adapter and some Kapton tape. I did it on my 2014 MacBook Air, the 2013 Retina will have the same drive style
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no. In earlier MacBooks Apple used their own proprietary connector for their drives. Because of that, you will need to get an adapter online that will match the pins of their connections to the ones of an m.2 NVMe drive, along with some Kapton tape. You can find more info on macrumors, though I don't remember which thread...just that it is absolutely massive. My drive died on my 2014 MBA and ended up doing this trick to get double the storage for half the price...now since the drives are so cheap you could spend the ~$100 on a 500GB drive vs the ~200 for a 120GB drive from Apple or a distributor whereas at the time I only got 240GB for $100. I recommend doing it. The only caveats are you need macOS 10.12(?) or higher already installed on the Mac to support NVMe AND you will see a slight decrease in battery life because NVMe perform better than Apple SSDs at the cost of some efficiency.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does this works inside the early 2015 MacBook Pro
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No not internally
