Yes...mine runs just fine on Vista Home Premium 64 bit OS using a 2.0 USB connection

Yes, it should be compatible with Vista and later Microsoft systems.

I see no reason why it shouldn't-- it comes formatted for Windows, and thus should fully work and be compatible with any Windows operating system. I don't believe a computer running Vista would be compatible with USB 3.0, but regardless, it will still work.
