Doesn't support them? If you mean why doesn't it get them it's because there are so few Macs out there compared to Windows machines that it's not worth it to write virus or malware programs for it. 'But it can and does get viruses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.what i was told is it just dont scan android apps on mac. to know for sure the geeksquad would know. this web root covers everything, it doesnt slow down your computer either like most do
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mac will / can harbor viruses. There are much less viruses written for Mac's which is part of what makes them a great computer. Viruses are still out there and as a Mac user you still must remain vigilant and protect yourself with an antivirus program. Mac has only made it more complex for programs to be placed on your computer without your approval, but it can still happen! Be aware, be ready, be protected!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because Macs don't get viruses...Macs are to expensive for virus hackers to purchase just to experiment with viruses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not entirely sure I understand the question... All computer code "supports" viruses. A virus uses the code to accomplish whatever it's trying to do. If you're saying why do viruses not happen as often on Mac's, it's because a virus writer is going to want to attack the most computers possible with their code. There are a lot more PC's in the world than Mac's, so naturally virus writers will focus on attacking Windows so they can optimize whatever their trying to accomplish. Mac viruses have become more prominent recently though as virus writers have realized that Mac users typically a little wealthier than Windows users, so they are going after them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Less users of mac then of windows
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.dunno if there is a mac version. check with local store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry, what? Mac's are vulnerable to viruses--regardless of what you've heard. If you're asking "Why doesn't Mac support antivirus software?", it does indeed support antivirus software. If you're asking "Why doesn't this software have Mac support?", it's stated in the description that it is supporting the Mac platform. Care to elaborate?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Apple Operating system is not based on an EXE. file extension which is the bases for all PC's. There are more PC's then Mac's; So, anyone designing a virus would want to affect the Masses and not the Few. An EXE. File is an Executable File so when you Double-Click on it, it launches the program. Mac uses a different File Format so it is not susceptible to get a virus like a PC would. However, a Mac can get a virus.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because Apple runs on a Closed network. In other words Apple must approve everything to be downloaded on a mac, ipad, iphone, etc.
