“After watching video on youtube when I try 2 turn off TV using remote or button on TV, screen would turn dark but not black as tv wont turn off (i.e. light wont turn red). Only unplug-replug resolves the issue. Any resolution or way to update firmware?”

• Call customer service 18007010680 its a 24 hr line and they will troubleshoot with you, now if in warranty and the troubleshooting doesn't work then they will proceed to the next steps of replacing your TV or a refund
