“How good is the return policy for damage out of the box etc? Would love to get this TV but scared of getting a TV with a huge crack in it. Also have heard BB extended warranties don't actually cover a lot”

Please try again later.Had to contact the manufacture right in the middle of the whole shutdown no damag upon opening up out of the box just missing the stand legs, they followed up and got them shipped out to me quickly there were some minor delays but to be expected with all more or less working from home and lots of business shut down. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from them in the future. Th TV works great excellent resolution by the way.
