“Why doesn't Whirlpool include a manual that ACTUALLY tells owners how to use this microwave? Please send me complete instructions on how to use this appliance. It is pretty but useless if anyone in my kitchen can't use it to accomplish desired task!!!!!”

I agree with you. The owner's manual is useless. I actually went to the Best Buy near me, and had a salesperson show me.
