“I dont have the vent to push air out of the kitchen so it stays in the kitchen, can i use this? i also have an electric stove top can i use this or how far apart does ot have to be”

Yes you can use it. I don't have a vent either and this just goes back into the kitchen. It works just fine. I have the electric stove underneath it and all is well.
