Q: QuestionI bought a whirlpool microwave over the range 2 years ago and now it’s stopped heating. It makes buzz noise. This is our second whirlpool microwave in 8 years and doing same issues. It doesn’t even last 5 years. It is so frustrating.

• A:Answer Yes, a damper plate is included but we didn't use it. The other hardware needed for complete wall or roof venting is not included. Couldn't get picture to export to my email.
