- Answer HI AB we would not suggest removing the Ice Maker and adding a shelf. We offer several models of 30" Wide Top Freezer Refrigerators that do not have an ice maker factory installed.

QuestionWe set the fridge up 24 hours ago and set both controls to the recommended settings. Tonight I placed a refrigerator thermometer inside and it’s below the safe zone. Is there anything else to try besides setting it on the highest setting?

- Answer The dimension guide says the depth w/o doors is 28 7/8". If your measurement is accurate, you have 1/8" to spare.
