“Hi. How does the bottom rack slide out of the unit? Does it use wheels? What has been the experience with the rack sliding off the rack. This is the #1 issue for me. Any other brand/model that you know of the doesn't have this problem? Thanks”

• The bottom rack does slide on wheels, but it has yet to come off the track even once so far. I had the same problem with our old dishwasher as well.
