“We just installed about 2 weeks ago and we are finding that it's not cleaning the dishes and it's also not drying them either. Had anyone else had this problem? Dishes taste like dish detergent.”

Hello Amanda! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours has not been delivered yet but we are replacing a Whirlpool that did what you are describing we had hoped if we bought a higher model we wouldn't have that problem. It had decent reviews but I may cancel order now after hearing this.

I am not experiencing any problems at all. I am using Cascade Platinum Pods - perhaps that accounts for the difference in results? Have you considered a change in your stacking?

They are wet no matter what cycle I use. I've added a drying agent; tried multiple cycles, etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED. May be returning
