“Hi, has anyone not had the dishes dry after the cycle is finished? My dishes are always wet afterwards and that makes no sense to me.”

I am having the same problem. Dishes are very wet, and so are the sides of the dishwasher. Something seems off to me.

We recommend checking that your water heater is set at a minimum of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and assuring that you are using Rinse Aid as it is essential to the drying process.
