• Hello Alohastate808, This unit is supposed to come with 5 adjustable bins in the fridge and 3 in the freezer. We hope this helps.

• Yes You should have 5 in frig and 3 in freezer. Just checked mine never really paid attention to it. Just bought few weeks ago
