Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your hot/cold water connection hoses. You might have the hoses crossed so when it does a cold water rinse it is getting hot water instead. Make sure the pipe is hooked up from the hot water valve to the red hot water spout on the back of the washer.
