“Hi, my fabric softener is still full after several washes. There is no fabric softener button on the machine to tell it to release it. I will be using the load and go for the detergent will this help the fabric softener to release?”

I am sorry I cannot answer that because I use the load and go and fabric softener sheets in the dryer
