• No hoses included, and if you order online, you are not clearly informed of this fact, nor are you prompted to add washing machine hoses to your order. Installers are not allowed to use your old hoses if you are replacing an existing washer. Since I live remotely, Installer did advise and allow me to hook up my old hoses myself during their install visit. Installers arrived early, were fast, and cleaned up all packaging, waited to be sure my new machine was functioning before they left.
