• A:Answer Hello Bobby! Press the Temp/Time up or down arrow keypad until desired temperature is reached. A tone will sound if the minimum or maximum temperature is reached. Total Gas BTUs - Cooktop 52500 and Total Gas BTUs - Oven(s) 26500. We hope this helps.
