WHY IS THE GLASS INSIDE SHATTERING? null

I don’t know why your glass is shattering. I hope you removed the plastic sheeting in the oven. I didn’t see it right away and almost cooked the first meal with plastic still inside the oven. I wish they wouldn’t put so much plastic on everything or at least put some color tabs on the sheeting for easier removal.
