What sizes are the wristbands? Are they all one size? null

The bands are one size but should fit small to large wrists.

All bands in the pack are the same size. Pretty much one size fits all from very narrow wrist to super large. The double retainer is excellent for excess when used for a thinner wrist.

Yes, they are all the same size. They are largely adjustable as well. Medium or large wrists shouldn’t have a problem.
