“In your specs, you say this product doesn't have a convection feature. However, everywhere else on the internet shows that it does. Furthermore, the picture clearly shows a button on the item that says Convection. Can you clear this up for me? Thanks.”

It does have Convection but not True Convection (European Convection) that has a third element behind the fan to blow heat for perfect temperature.
