11900k may not give you the "best possible performance," but that's still a good chip, so I would not worry about it unless you are playing 1080p 300+ FPS IMO

Makensurenyou don't use more than 1 m.2 ssd, and have that in the main slot, because motherboard will be switching PCIE lanes from gpu to chipset to support the rest AFAIK, and you want your gpu to run in PCIEx16 mode. See your motherboard and cpu specs to confirm if there is lane switching on m.2 slot

This card does 4k comfortably but really smashes in high refresh rate max settings 1440p. Your CPU is fast but is 40-60% slower in IPC (instructions per clock) from current-gen systems.

They are both fairly high end CPU and GPU so you should be more than fine, however intel CPU's are generally better at single task performance where as AMD processors are better at multitasking. Just for clarification as well, peripherals would be: Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, etc.
