It's hard to tell since you didn't mention how you have things setup. Is the projector connected to the arcHDMI port on the Yamaha and then the XBOX is in another HDMI port on the Yamaha? If it's through the Yamaha make sure you have the correct HDMI port selected since if you have one that nothing is plugged into you won't be getting the video feed from the XBOX to the projector. If you used to have the xbox directly connected to the projector before then you might have to look at what settings you might need to change on that if you are now going through the Yamaha before getting to the projector. Sometimes it helps to draw out the connections to troubleshoot where you might need to check what settings are such as HDMI port number, if 4K is enabled etc. Good luck.
