Hello! It's important to make sure your contacts are transferred over to new products, so we understand the need to find out that information. My Best Buy Total membership does cover data backup and transfer for PC's, however email contacts would not be included in that service. The data transfer is to transfer data files over to another product. Contacts would not be considered data files as it's not an actual file that can be transferred over in the same way a picture file would.
