How do you cancel renewal protection plan null

unable to cancel has ruin my credit--they ran the bill on my debt card--and it was rejected--i got a new debt card and just activated it and Best Buy ran it through again and it was rejected by the bank. The only time I used the plan was on my computer and they said the plan would not cover it what's the point of having the plan if it won't cover the problem,

And when I punch in the number, I bought the phone with it says, yes, we got your plan. Would you like to cancel it? And I say, yes, and then I choose a path of canceling it.And then ask me for security purposes. I would have to tell the bot, the postal cord that I put on that account and it's right. But it keeps telling, oh no, it's not the right one. And then whenever he puts me to an asia and says, no one's here to answer your phone call right now
