How do I recieve this as an existing member? null

I am an existing NFL Sunday Ticket subscriber and it did not work initially because I was already subscribed and set to renew. I called Youtube TV customer service to get it fixed. My existing NFL Sunday Ticket subscription had to be cancelled and then the link would work.
