Yes the ST16S base station has a HMDI output on top and will provide a tv out but at 780 only. To get the 4K you need to access the SD card after your flight. I use my HDMI output for my AirScouter wd-300c heads up display I wear. 
I have 3 H plus drones...far superior to the H model

The controller (ST16S) has an HDMI output. This can be connected to a TV, video recorder, etc. Anything that accepts HDMI. I use a video recorder (which has an HDMI input) when flying so I can later review everything that was displayed on the monitor during the flight.

That should work if the TV has HDMI connection. I might try that myself on a laptop with HDMI

Sadly no. But since it’s an android tablet built in u can send what u want any where even edit ur video. It a really cool drone.
