• A:Answer Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. The RA-SN-36 has a fingerprint-resistant door (SN stands for DuraSnow) which is why this range would be considered fingerprint resistant. The body of the range is traditional stainless steel (RA), so it is not regarded as fingerprint-resistant. However, if you would like a full DuraSnow range, you may purchase an (RAS) model, which will be fully DuraSnow Fingerprint-Resistant. The model number would be RAS-SN-36. Q: QuestionDo z-line ovens have a vent at the top of the stove? It looks like there's a low-profile vent there for the stovetop. I'm looking at an application where we wouldn't have an overhead vent.

Q: QuestionHi…we’re considering a 36” Zline. Our issue is evaluating the color of the Zline in light of the other appliances in our kitchen, which are black. They’re not Matte Black, but I guess what you might call a standard black. Where can we look at a stove?

Q: QuestionI have a 48” Zline range. Have had it a couple weeks. I used the oven yesterday and when I turned the oven off and the blue indicator light stays on all the time, even when oven is cold and has been off.

Q: QuestionJust got this range and have some questions …How do I know the convection is actually on? Theres no difference in fan sound from regular bake to convection bake. Also how do you know whenit’s achieved the set temp? The blue light stays lit the whole time?

• A:Answer Hello! Thank you for the purchase of your new ZLINE range! The indicator light will turn off once the desired temperature is achieved. The convection will turn on if selected.
