Bought a 1year subscription for a laptop that I purchased for my 18 y/o son! Thank goodness! Screen was cracked his first semester away at college. Service provided took about a month but everything was included. Well worth the amount I spent on the protection plan!

The store employee at the Aiea location had explained everything out, perfectly clear! He had explained to me about the product I was purchasing and that I should add a 1 year warranty on it; just in case anything happens to my laptop

With 3 year protection, peace of mind is always a guarantee no matter what happens! There is no price tag for that and its worth every dollar! My Surface Pro 3 was dying on me and was old. I took it in for service because my Word and Chrome would not load up. They said it could be a a motherboard or possible hardware problem. The Geek Squad helped me get Office installed, set up Webroot and worked with me on getting it ready for use all over the phone. I really like my Reps. professionalism, knowledge and patience. That's my I purchased the 2 year protection plan with them. I won't let it go. It's paid for itself many times. Great investment!!!
