What I love most is there is no deductibles. We bought the 4 year plan to cover her through college. We haven't used it yet, knock on wood LOL but glad we have it just in case.

I was excited to find out that I could save money with this laptop with best buy. This laptop is for work and so far no problems. It started up right away, the speakers are great and there's no delay between apps. Definitely recommend purchasing refurbished from best buy!

I added the warranty that was recommended to me by the geek squad and I am glad I did! The keyboard was broken once the shipment arrived and it was easy to go in and have it replaced with no hassle. The people behind the desk really sound like they know what they’re talking about and did not try to sell me the most expensive one, however, explained to me my options and which one would be best for my needs.

I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad Protection Plan yet, but just knowing it’s there gives me real peace of mind. My kid takes his laptop to school every day, and accidents can happen—drops, spills, or just wear and tear. It’s comforting to know that if something goes wrong, we’re covered. It's always great and a good idea to get the protection plan

This was a lifesaver! My kids computer turned itself off, wouldn't turn on, and smelled like burning when we tried to charge it. We took it to them, they replaced the motherboard, we brought it home, before we even got it set back up, the whole thing happened again. We took it back. They sent it out again. It came back. It was apparently still broken. They traded it out for a not broken or preused computer. We are super happy! Plus the people there were just awesome! I am immunocompromised, as soon as they found out, they started using hand sanitizer, masks were pulled out, the works. I absolutely the adored how well taken care of we were!

I can’t say enough good things about the Geek Squad team! I brought in my laptop after it completely crashed during an important project. They repaired my system, recovered my files, and even gave me tips to prevent it from happening again. Turnaround time was fast, communication was solid, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole way. This wasn’t just a repair — it was a rescue. If you’re on the fence about Geek Squad, trust me, they’re worth every cent.

Giving this a 5 star so far for the value, nice addition when buying a new laptop just for the peace of mind and knowing there are several Geek Squad locations. I have not needed to use the service itself yet.

What a freaking joke. I buy a Asus ZenBook DUO. Nice machine. My store doesn't carry it... so if I want it I have to buy it online. I open the box and the Asus Pen it come with is broken... the button on the pen is no longer attached, I spend two weeks in email hell with ASUS until they finally tell me to contact where I bought it. Long story short best buy.com says... "we don't sell the pen... you'll have to return the whole computer to get the pen". I've spent two weeks getting this machine just the way I want it... I am not sending it back... OR you could go to your local store... I go to my local store... nothing in stock, they don't sell the ASUS pen so they don't know why bestbuy.com would send me to the store when there is nothing they can do. All around customer service F's for everyone. If I had opened the pen right away... I would have brought it all in... but after two week with ASUS dinking around...
