My daughter has been happy with her tablet and had great Picture quality

Excellent, more powerful than I think. It's the best to use washing tv on the bed room.

Never needed them, product is working great no issues. It was a comfort knowing if needed it's there.

I never used it but it was good to know I had it just in case. My only recommendation is that a percentage should be refunded due to lack of use.
