I'm happy to have the option of in person support versus online only for the Oura ring. The staff at best buy were really helpful and answered all my questions regarding the policy.

The protection plan they provide you sets you up for 2 years for only a small price! They will replace your ring if any damage is found to it or any technology issues with it as well!

The Geek Squad members my wife and I have worked with over this past 2 years have been great! Displayed patience with both my wife and self, and helping us to get Fitbits connected to our phones, even though they lost signals more than once (FBs Charge 6's).

I believe I got this protection plan twice so far and it was well worth it. I brought my mom some Bose ear buds after close to the end year mark the battery life was draining quickly. We went to see if they can do anything about it. They told us since it under protection we can upgrade them to new version Bose ear buds and pay $50 for the difference of value. Which we thought was a pretty good deal since I paid around $180 for them.

Everything is great, but the alert vibration and sound both are week. Apple watch used to wake me up just with alert vibration, but this epix pro gen 2 51mm wont wake you up, need to use phone.

Haven't had to use a protection plan as of yet but I'm sure it'll work as it's supposed to in the past I've had them and they have worked very well I do recommend that if you have someone who will not take care of their product as well as they should they will be happy with the return on it if you get it.
