Was a good product but couldn't get past a firmware upgrade attempt. Just started going around in circles all of a sudden 7 months after purchasing

Value for money. does the job of vaccun and moping. For items like small popcorn , you may need to increase suction. I wished i could had an option for dumping the dirt after cleaning automatically

This is such a time saver. The entire first floor of my house is hard wood floors with title in the kitchen, laundry room & half bath. I hated to mop. With the 360 - S7 I just turn it on and go do something else. Love it.

Learning curve to figure things out if you have never had robotic vacuum. Not as much a wet mop, as it is a damp mop. Would prefer wetter mop, but otherwise really like it. Really like that we can set no go zones when on wet mopping. Keeps it off the carpet. Works great.

This robot cleaner is really doing its purpose. We love its feature of avoiding our stairs... It does its job until its done... The design is just right around our living room.

I don’t know if I really like. This vacuum is my first one so no way to decide if is more to expect from this products Floor has to be super clean only pickup. Small pieces

I bought this because of the great reviews. I was looking forward to using it since it is supposed to vacuum and mop but mine came with missing pieces. It was missing the water tank. I am returning it but I am not buying another one. It’s too much of a pain to pack everything up and ship it back.

Love this little machine! I’ve had a roomba for about 5 years and this one has far surpassed its abilities!

Great product! I decided to try this because of the vacuum and mopping features, glad I did! With the app I can designate mop and/or vacuum. I can also choose the whole house, certain rooms or specific areas and it can store up to 10 different floor plans with the LIDAR navigation/mapping technology. The pattern of vacuuming is thorough and not random and when the battery life gets to 20% it will automatically return to base to charge and then when charged will then return to where it left off. I have not tried the Alexa function yet but that will be next.

Bought the 360 C50 less than $200, loved it. Have 2 story house so recently bought another, the S7 for upstairs. The mapping and the ap are amazing, program to clean at night, learns patterns immediately, you can program no zones...For the price its amazing and I didn't know how great these things suck up dirt and wrappers...and whatever else there is. Highly recommend to my friends and others. Robot vacuums rock and save us so much time.

I used to own more "famous" brand robots - very dissappointed after initial curiousity! Those robots would not return to base for recharge, even if I tried to place a few bacon towers to guide them. Often when come back home I had to search everywhere for the dead robots and manually put them back on the charging station. Finally I was tired of this and never let the robots start. Not with this S7! No messy bacons, no problem! Amazed to see the S7 navigated from room to room, get the job done, and return to base ready for the next run!

Life changing machine!! I cannot give enough stars....made cleaning my floors actually enjoyable. My home is not big so I like being able to have one machine that has multiple functions for cleaning. Less work for me!!
