[Employee of bestbuy] Connecting to my computer this is horrible. Connecting to the handheld with my phone is better but not great by any means. It is off and on functional. Moving from your phones storage to your PC can also be a challenge. I would not recommend this product as it is fickle in functionality. The scans, when completed, are not the greatest and requires a lot of work to achieve not perfection but what may be considered acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
