It took a long time to get an appointment for repair and even longer for the repair to be made but in the end it was done well.

Figured it won't hurt to be covered for 4 yrs. incase anything goes wrong. have not used them yet. so not true accurate rating.

I generally get at least a 2 year protection plan on any of my more valuable electronic purchases. Hopefully you never need to use it, but it's great to have should something go wrong!
