I'm in love, the service is amazing. Very good, very good, very good.

All i did was push the remote after the geek squad left.

They were the best. Even taught me how to use it! Very kind, quick and courteous. They really knew what they were doing!

Hung the TV but did not help conceal the power cord at all. I get it if they can’t run the cord in the wall, but at least a covering on the wall would have been nice. The TV is sturdy and mounted well (which I could have done myself). The cord just doesn’t look good (which is what I needed them for). I did get them to run a HDMI cord in the wall. The power cord just looks terrible. Will probably have to pay someone else to do this.

Install large 85 inch TV on high wall was contracted to third party by Best Buy. They finally got it mounted. It took 2 strong guys. Final details of sound bar control was lacking...had to get Geek Squad back to finalize.

Outstanding job, they were on time, professional and did a great job.

If you want your TV mounted and done right, I would defiantly go with the Geek Squad Setup. They answered all of my questions. These guys did a great job. It looks awesome.

You don’t want to mount things yourself too many things can go wrong.
