Hung the TV but did not help conceal the power cord at all. I get it if they can’t run the cord in the wall, but at least a covering on the wall would have been nice. The TV is sturdy and mounted well (which I could have done myself). The cord just doesn’t look good (which is what I needed them for). I did get them to run a HDMI cord in the wall. The power cord just looks terrible. Will probably have to pay someone else to do this.

This was an unfortunate experience with Best Buy. It took three appointments, one of which the Best Buy personnel did not even show up or call. Very disappointed in the quality of work from the geek squad.

I’m very happy with my tv installation.I plan on next getting my tv calibrated and I’m sure they will do a good job on that too.

Geek squad did a excellent job mounting my 75' Sony. Very professional wore mask making sure we are all safe. 5 stars!

Techs were very good at their job. Gave good input on how high to hang out TVs to see at the optimum level.
