If you don't care about Windows, this is a great product. Battery life is awesome. Volume and display are great. Keyboard is very comfortable. Very lightweight, optimal size, nice design.

It was an impulse buy. I started with a couple of CR-48 devices and loved them back in the day. I was getting a net notebook when the little white computer caught my eye. When I saw the price I had to have it. It has taken over as my go to computer, pushing aside my MacBook Air! Battery time, quietness, lightness, effectiveness and speed makes it perfect. I just simply love this ChromeBook. It does everything great. I have no regrets whatsoever with this purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I bought this for my 9yr daughter who has started to get school assignments that require the use of a computer. This device is light weight for her small hands, and responsive enough for what she needs it for. It also serves as another media/streaming device on a screen that is larger than most tablets. (screen resolution is sufficient and she doesn't really need anything super sharp) We'll be taking this along with us when we travel because we feel a notebook format with mouse (bought separately) is still easier to use in some cases. Battery life so far seems to be decent. Build quality seems decent enough for the $100 I paid for it during the BF sale.

I like the design. Looks like a mac book. Very light and easy to use and carry and price is very good.

This may be one of the few tech purchases I've never regretted. I bought this for my kids to use for their homework. It's an absolute workhorse. It's got a ridiculous battery life, I don't have to worry about viruses, and it's been incredibly durable through a lot of hard use. It was very reasonably priced; much less than any laptop. Granted, it doesn't have the Windows functionality some people want, but it's not made for that. For web browsing, e-mail, and using the Google suite, it's nearly impossible to beat. We've had it for nearly two years and it's still going strong. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this chromebook. It is lightweight and compact. It doesn't have the full capabilities of a laptop, but it's not meant to. This is perfect for traveling, kids, or people who aren't tech savvy and just need to browse online and check out email. You won't get bogged down with all the spyware and clutter from malware due to the limited capability of the chromebook.

My son uses a chromebook at in school, so he wanted this over a Windows machine. Starts up quick, doesn't get hot, works fast and is very light. He loves it. Not the storage you have on a conventional lap top, he is already learning the way of the cloud, and external HD.

Great battery life. Light. Opens browser fast, and does everything it was purchased for. I bought two for my kids to use at school and they love them! Overall a fantastic product.

I bought this for my husband for christmas, he mainly needed one for web use watching videos, searches etc. while he works on the road. It's perfect for travel very compact and portable! He packs it in his suitcase along with his clothes! He has had no technical issues and was actually impressed with it's speed of applications. So far he has really enjoyed his chrome book so Yes I would highly recommend this to anyone it's a great deal for a awesome compact computer! I purchased this computer for email and web surfing mostly as I never have an opportunity to use the family computer. This item is exactly what I was looking for. The speed is the same as the desktop and I have had zero issues with compatibility or function. Great deal for the price.

I love the feel and speed of my new Chromebook 11. It turns right on, has all the Google apps I use regularly, and is just as easy to shut down. It is so light and convenient. I haven't gotten a gumdrop cover yet, but it probably is a good idea if you take it various places or have a dog with a strong and long tail. Only one prob: every series of steps I try to connect it to my cloud printer is a complete waste of time. Therefore I still need my old computer I was trying to replace. I think this is a prob. with the Chromebook since several people online have mentioned it too. Nevertheless, it's a good and convenient little device.

This little Chromebook is great for students and kids. I bought two of them for my kids to use at school, and they work perfectly. They use them much of the day and come home with greater than 50% battery capacity. They are light and compact, but the screens are bright and the keyboards are of good quality. You can't beat these for the price.

Love this Chromebook. It was easy to use right out of the box. My needs are very simple - just want to be able to use e-mail, check out sites on the internet and watch YouTube videos and this was exactly what I needed. It's fast and very responsive. I wasn't sure about the Chrome operating system, but I've been very pleased....great purchase.

Perfect device for someone who wants a relatively inexpensive, extremely portable laptop and doesn't require the use of most software programs. This is extremely lightweight, boots and shuts down in seconds, and does everything I need. I LOVE IT!

This product came highly recommended to me by my brother-in-law. I was a little skeptical of the fact that it doesn't have an operating system, like Windows. However, I love how compact it is and how it is always ready to go. (There's no booting up.) It makes it easy to get on and off for the little things that I often need to do. Now my daughter who is starting high school wants one as well.

This is a great Chromebook. My daughter loves it. Screen is decent and battery life is really good. Chrome OS is fast and it has been very reliable so far.

I read quite a few reviews before purchasing. Chrome OS is very fast and responsive, but does require an internet connection to work efficiently. This will not replace your home computer, but to do web based activities like watching videos and browsing it works perfectly. Boots up within 5 seconds and is ready to go, so its like having a tablet but feels like a computer.
