bag and mouse are good products. acer computer is fine

I bought this for my son to do this homework. His school uses google classroom, so it works well for him. All he needs is to access google classroom. He likes the bigger screen. The white color of the case is less than desirable, but it's ok. We would have preferred the regular chrome/black/grey color.

Love it it's an awesome product and runs great. The. Quality is perfect.

We love these Chromebooks so much. This is the second one that we have purchased. It is better than laptops that we have bought in the past. I recommend it to everyone that asks about them.

I bought this laptop for myself (early Christmas 2016), to replace an older laptop that my kids had taken for their own use. My budget was for $200-$300, with decent storage and good power. I watched a few instructional videos about what type of work I was going to be doing on it, processor types, etc. before looking. I had never used a Chromebook, but it sounded like a good one to try. I was not tied to any one brand (although the majority of our technology is Apple). The HP 11.6" was a close contender; but I was ultimately impressed by what I read, and had heard, about Acer. The fact that it had the larger screen for the money was a plus. I've had the Acer for a week now and I LOVE IT! It lives up to the positive reviews. [I haven't found anything bad about it yet.]

This Chromebook works great for my son's computer needs. He uses it to do all his online schoolwork. He had a smaller version for 3 years which had no issues until he left it on the floor and someone stepped on it in the dark!

Does everything I need it to do. Lightning quick load and browsing. Works seamlessly with my droid too.

The white finish is amazing plus it doesn’t show finger markings. The speed is fabulous.

Bought the Chromebook for my husband after his laptop died. Great for surfing the web, watching videos, and email. Love that I don't have to worry about keeping the anti-virus up to date. Simple to use. We've had it only a couple of weeks but I think it will suit our basic needs. He loves it.

Suitable for light tasks and household use. Make sure you have a great wifi connection though.

I choose this computer because I hate Windows. This is by far one of the easiest conversions I had to make. It is easy to operate and everything you do is saved to the cloud and you can access it by any of your android devices. I would definitely refer this to my family and friends,

Purchased 2 of these. One for mother and one for mother-in-law. Neither use the computer for more that shopping, email and basic documents. They both rave about how easy to use. Thinking about another purchase for myself.

With SAGE testing needing computer fluency, this has worked out well. We set it up using her district account, with the “excessively strict” filters, and can do her shows on Netflix and such without using mom and dads ipad! Screen quality has been great.

i like the acer chromebook laptop. i had a hewlett packard chromebook that malfunctioned under warranty(within 6 months), and again just out of warranty. i threw it away. the acer was easy to set up and works perfectly.

This was for my daughter and she loved it . Jumped on it right after she opened her Xmas presents.

I like my laptop but growing up with windows it really limits everything I do. I need to get more updated in how to use chromebook. But that's on me. I really haven't had any issues with it. I love that it turns on and off very quick. I love white too!

Good quality an special sale price, but I need for my work something different.

This laptop is fantastic. Don't be fooled by the small RAM and hard drive. This laptop boots in seven seconds, programs load instantly, and everything is saved on the cloud. It is perfect for school, programming, browsing, and light gaming. I love everything about it!

Got this for a family member since they haven't upgraded in a long time. Only basic needs for surfing or occasional office use. Perfect price, very portable and is really nice looking. They were so happy and have commented how much they like using it.
