I bought this for my daughter to use for school since they do everything through Google Classroom. It has been the best investment ever! We have had no problems with it and she is also able to waste time on YouTube. LOL

My new Dell laptop crashed, so my daughter suggested the Chrome book for my replacement. So far it’s been great. I miss the backlighting, but I’ll survive! I gave it a 4 only because I haven’t had it for long.

Bought this for my kids to be able to do school work on and off line. We have an external hard drive so didn't need to spend more for memory. Kids are in elementary so this is working out perfectly for them.

i ask the salesman ifor the best tv they had.he should have sold me, a 65 70 inch curved tv.but i like the cromebook so far. how do i get better security for my cromebook.

Pros are the huge 15" screen, full HD. It can get bogged down at times with tons of tabs open, but that's to be expected. Runs Android apps, so it's become my go to device while sitting on the couch.

Well as it turned out a chromebook wasn't for us. It was very fast as presented to us but it didn't have some features that we needed from a Windows laptop computer. We exchanged it for a Lenova.

I upgraded to the Acer Chromebook 15 from the Acer Chromebook 11. I was happy with the 11, but I wanted a bigger and higher-quality screen. The Chromebook 15 delivers on both of those. The screen is amazing, the two top firing speakers on the keyboard are great, and the 4 GB of RAM makes this thing run like a breeze. I urge anyone shopping for a Chromebook to go with the 4GB option. My Chromebook 11 only had 2GB and with a few tabs open in Chrome, it would start to bog down.

Granddaughter is delighted with computer! She likes the functions & portability plus keeping in touch with friends & team members on robotics team. Thanks to Best Buy who ordered it for delivery.

I was skeptical but turned out loving this Chromebook. Love the 15.6" screen size and 1080 full HD. Works great for email, web surfing, Netflix and YouTube. It's fast and starts up within a few seconds.

For the price and purpose of use, the acer chromebook is ideal for browsing, and web store games. It does what i need it to, and then some.

This is perfect for my 12 year old and her schooling. The pricing is great especially since my child has already broken iPhones and iPads, so if it breaks you're not out a lot of money.

Using it more and more over my HP laptop. The keyboard is still a bit awkward to get used to, but so much more reliable than even Win 10.

Larger size, non-glare, screen is a bonus. Good camera and sound quality. Works well straight out of the box after a quick update of supplied version of Google. Great for Google Hangouts.

Purchased this product for my mother in law. She just needs internet access. Great purchase for the price. This was one of the larger sized chrome books available and is working out nicely.

sceptical about chromebook purchase but so far so good. Only dissapointment is that my printer is one generation too old to print to. Good start up speed on this device. Good value.

The only flaw is that it occasionally doesn't connect to the internet, although it shows connected to my WIFI. A reboot corrects this issue.

Great laptop if all you're planning on doing is surfing the web as that's pretty much what all chromebook are made to do. Wouldn't recommend as a primary laptop in college.

Bought for my high school daughter. She is very happy with the quick startup and large screen. Uses it every day without for school work and surfing the web without issues.

We like the computer but may need some help from Geek Squad to print and work with files. We are familiar with windows-based systems; we need to learn the chrome system better.
