    Doesn't work with most peripherals

    I researched the Chromebook help a lot and was under the impression that I could get a DVD player and a wireless printer to work with this. You cannot. My printer was not in the cloud-ready list, but they give you the impression that you can add a wireless printer in another way. Also, The track pad is very sluggish.

    This Chrome Book was purchased on 1/8/16, recieved on 1/11/16. Died on 1/27/16, after approximately 9 hours use. Screen completely black, will not turn on. My Best Buy purchase email says to return by 2/10/16. Called them they said it was a generic email and I only had 14 days to return. Because I was only a core customer . I said my email says to return by 2/10/16 they said it was a generic email. Called Acer they tried to do a manual restart but my Chrome Book does not have the required hole.to stick a paper clip in . I can return a 16 day old purchase to them and they will look at it. 300 down the drain. Purchase somewhere that stands behind their product

    Broke minutes out of the box

    During the initial startup connected to the wifi than prompted for an update (to the chrome os?) and than the screen froze on the enter your gmail.... to reboot a chromebook you have to hold down the power key for a long time....after that it was dead could never turn on again. thankfully best buy took it back at the local store for a full refund.

    I trusted the reviews but the first screen upon set up is pixilated with a hundred lines all over the screen, Going back.
