Light weight. No ethernet! User’s guide not much help. Service manual not available on Acer support site. BIOS - hardware configured for two NVME SSDs. No information how to install second SSD. Phone support 866-661-7100 provided by third parties -not very helpful. Lucky, after four calls I found someone who knew it. Enclosing a picture for installing second SSD. Product is good, other items can be improved. BIOS description lacking - be on your own if you want to start from external drive. Add admin password to disable and clear TPM and then save and exit.

The only drawback is that the noise is sometimes very loud, and sometimes the screen goes black. Overall, I still recommend buying it when it is on sale, for study or daily office use. If you want to use this computer to play games, I believe it can do that.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.thanks, Gmann, for that photo of where the second ssd goes. would never have found it otherwise! i like almost everything about this laptop, the size, the screen, the keyboard, the weird, it's all good to great. the only issue i've had is with speaker volume. very low. it has soundwire audio drivers, not the usual realtek, which totally perplexed acer's official helpers, so i've had to come with workarounds to get sufficient volume. other than that, i'm super pleased.

Best Buy came through and had this on sale. Great laptop for the money. My son says it is so much faster than his previous one and really likes using it.
