Used to use a powerline adapter because I didnt have ethernet access in my room due to the fact that I was 3 floors away. I got 20up and 30down. Now I get 550up and 40down. It is pricey but it is worth it if youre in a similar situation as me.

Powerline adapters weren't working well for me. Didn't like the price, but decided to give this a try. Worked amazingly well. Gigabit speeds. Worth every penny if you need fast networking and cant run cables or powerline adapters are slow, and you've already got coax run.

I personally bought this because most of the rooms in house doesn’t have Ethernet capability, but instead coaxial capability, so after using it for about a month and a half it’s worked great! Really great speeds and very reliable.

Extremely satisfied with this purchase! I have my modem/router set up in the living room of our apartment and in direct line with my PS4 in our room. For some reason the wifi signal on my PS4 was very weak and all my games would be laggy! Mind you that our room is not that far from the living room (about 20-25ft). Once I set up these adapters I’ve had no problem with lag! Of course this also depends on you internet speed but if you want an Ethernet-like connection without running a super long Ethernet cable throughout your entire home, this is definitely the route to go!

I had bad latency using wifi on my xbox one x.....so I just set this moca up and there was less latency and it was more consistent. Plus I get my full download speeds so I really love this product but its a bit expensive.

Extremely fast and wonderfully reliable with 4 or less devices in total. This means you can bridge fast Ethernet to 3 locations after the device attached to the fiber/DSL/cable modem is subtracted. Performance becomes poor and unreliable when more than 4 devices are added into the cable network.

These work great. The box contains everything you need to install, like splitters, short ethernet cables, and short coax cables. Instructions are clear. Big boost in speed over earlier MOCA protocols.

Actiontec Bonded MoCA 2.0 is the adaptor to use if you need fast internet using your existing RG-6 cable. You will need two adaptors, one connected to your router and the other to your device or a switch. Make sure to use Gigabit switches so you can take advantage of the fast connection. Most older devices use a 10/100 speed so it really wont matter. If you have newer devices with Gigabit ports then you can really take advantage of the speed.

I was told that MoCA adapters are either brilliant or don't work at all, and won't work if you have Satellite TV I'm told. For me it worked brilliant.
I was able to use the adapters rather than running Cat5 cable to a hard to reach area of the property.
Using a Velop in bridge mode I hooked a node to the adapter and have proper fast internet across the house.
The directions were a little spotty, but everything I needed was in the box and I just messed with how to use a splitter to the moca and modem. I ended up "splitting" the inbound cable with one cable to the moca and one to the cable modem/router. This worked for me.

This is one of the rare times a product just works as its supposed to. I plugged one into the modem as stated, make sure to buy a filter so that it reduces the noise if your modem doesn't have a MOCA setting, and the other into the room where the internet is needed. The other room is upstairs and my maximum speed in home is 300Mb. The MOCA device receives around 170Mb of speed. More than enough speed and I have not suffered from any dropped packets. Do a little research on where to put the filters, at the modem and the connection leading into your home, so that you're not potentially sending your internet back out to your neighborhood.

MOCA has been out for a while and has never really caught on. This uses the tv coaxial cable line to run to the internet signal between a modem and any other room with a coax connection. The room over our garage never got a good wireless signal. Room is about 30 feet away from router but wi-fi signal has to go thru 4 walls and the floor to get signal. Always had 10-15 mps download speed on a 100Mps service. After this was at 115Mps consistently. Basically it direct connects you to the router. Saw no lag when gaming. Love this little internet solver!

It took no effort to connect this box to the cable in the wall and then to the computer. Recognized it right away, and I love the speed. Sure beats fishing additional wires.

I purchased this because I just upgraded internet fiber to house and getting 1Gig speeds. But only one problem I don't have ethernet wired throughout house. My topology is coax to every room to house and home runned to my demark. So MoCa to the rescue. These 2.0 Bonded converted internet to the coax where it is split to every coax cable in the house. I just add a MoCa adapter in any Run in the house for internet. I did speed test and I was able to clock 936 mbps. WiFi was hitting 430mbps using Asus RT-AC68P on the 2.4Ghz channels.

Bought this to hook up my PS4 in the basement and the router is on the 2nd floor. Speeds are great and I have no complaints. Sure they are a bit more expensive than other products but well worth the money in my opinion. Only thing is to double check your setup. I needed to buy an additional coaxial cable to complete the setup. I don’t write reviews but felt I needed to for this. Highly recommend for any gaming system where an ethernet cable will not reach and you don’t want to use WiFi due to slow speeds and lag.

I had no idea these things existed until a couple of days ago when it dawned on me that while I don't have wired ethernet in my house, I do have unused cable outlets in every room. My fiber connection comes into the house in the basement and while I have a mesh wifi network, I never can get consistently good speeds. I googled "ethernet over coax" and found these! I was skeptical at first, because I've tried powerline ethernet with no success. However, these just work! I'm getting about 500 down/600 up.

The main reason for this purchase was that the wifi wasn't reaching a good portion of my basement. I decided to give this a try, and it worked like a charm! The installation process was very simple, and it came with everything you could need. I will say though if you plan on using the cable splitter, make sure you have an extra cable because it comes with two. I also paired this with an extra router I had and now the basement has full coverage wherever I am. I will update this review if any concerns arise but so far so good.

I have Xfinity xFi Cable/WiFi and pay for Gig Speed. I typically run at 300to 400Mb/s Down and 25 to 30 Mb/s up when hard wired to the Internet Gateway (TV or Laptop). My home office is one floor up and on the other end of the house. On WiFi I typically see 35 to 45 Mb/s. I installed these MoCAs and wow! I just got 380 Mb/s download and 28.1 upload. These are as fast as a CAT5e directly into the xFi gateway. I have really good 75Ohm on all of my open connections.
WFH? Get these!
