Got a great deal on a modem that works perfect for my Job. I can use it easily for both work and personal use. It was really easy to install and automatically picked up on my connection

Works great! Instructions were simple to follow and it worked great on the first try. I've had it only about a month, but it works great so far!

Although it's a great modem, the issue was with my Internet service provider.

Was not sure would work, but connected right up using manual setup. For the most part it works well, much better than previous wireless internet connection. It does occasionally lose the internet connection, but I think that is primarily due to the ISP, and not specifically the modem/router itself. Just requires the occasional reboot, or "reprogram" and it connects right up again.

Since we have CenturyLink our options were pretty limited. We did some research and decided to go with this modem. It works fine but the signal does not reach our second floor very well and we have had to restart it a couple times already. But overall it does what it needs to do.

I replaced a Frontier modem with this product. Frontier help line told me I could not use this product. I hired a tech and got it on line with Frontier DSL. It works much better, but Frontier will not authorize its use, and will not let me return their modem, which I pay $6.50/mo rental. That sucks. Please take me off your Email list!!!

Previously we had a modem and router as separate units. With this router both are in one package. It was so simple and fast to install that it doesn't get any better than this.

Everything I read online & on the box at Best Buy stated this works with most all providers ( only couple excluded listed on box) however I bought since good deal for combination router/modem I needed for Century Link internet I had no choice but to get where now living. Bundled deal sounded good price with Direct TV also - however took this home set it up to phone jack and laptop and kept getting no internet signal on modem/router - reset several times trying get it going. Initially CL tech came hooked it up and internet green light was showing, I did not have my new Apple Mac laptop yet was buying at Best Buy next few days however when tech was at my house - so signal was initially showing however 2 new different brand laptops ran so slow it barely moved - 1st Windows laptop top line purchase completely shut down went black would not turn back on - able to use only couple hours & shut down on any download. Took laptop back to Best Buy as Geek Squad said to do after calling in twice for remote assistance to get laptop come back on & was very hard for them to do. 2nd cal Best Buy Geek squad said to return it to Best Buy get a different laptop - so within a week did so, after much online research found Widows 10 has major problems causing people call Geek Squad constantly regarding. My research all revealed everyone who buys Apple Mac very very happy and glad they spent few hundred extra $$$ to purchase one & have never regretted it. Bought the Apple Mac laptop $1K + - brought home & still internet crawling on new Apple Mac which reviews said was super fast using internet - so had Century Link tech come back to house to see why no internet signal was on my router/modem now thinking it had to be a Century Link internet issue with my lines or something as their customer service stated must have happened. Tech brought in his own modem router made by Century Link they sell you for $99 or rent monthly. Did not want to spend that much on one however after he set the CL made one up & brought his own laptop in & connected to internet with green internet light on immediately - he said its not Century Link internet issue with your account & lines, its your Action Tech router/modem - he laid it aside & left me with the CL router/modem & internet has been super fast on Apple Mac ever since - finally convincing me it was the Action Tech router all along - not the 2 laptops I'd bought within 2 weeks. Will listen to Century Link before buying one ever again outside of CL made router/modems with DSL. Don't believe whats on outside of box or sales rep in store always - ask a internet technician always 1st if possible before buying this router/modem if you have DSL internet......Returned it to Best Buy got full refund, no problem at all with that. Might work great for cable modem internet services. Tech said most time this router/modem will not work for CL customers.
