No free follow up support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The intial set up was good but shortly after it quit working and I have never been able to successfully get it reconnected to the wifi with out disconnecting the entire thermostat and starting over. Best buy/ geek squad will not come back out to do that without charging alot of $. So I am left with using it in manual mode only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
