Geek squad came to install thermostat was not able to do. Said they would reimburse my fee and did not. Also said to call them once it was in and they would come out to show me how to use, called a couple times and no one returned my call. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip to store to have my fee reimbursed and since its been about a week I have learned how to use. Not happy with the service.

This was contracted out to a 3rd party who walked in with the Nest Learning Thermostat, removed the old thermostat before telling us that their wasn't a "C" wire and that his job was done. He then told us to contact our HVAC technician to install a C wire so that he could install the Nest Thermostat. We contacted an HVAC vendor who came to our house the very next day and pointed out the common wire the other technician missed and installed our product. This cost us an additional $150 when we were already paying for the total tech service plan.
