This is the BEST gaming console I've ever used! It wiorks super fast too.

A year after purchase, liquid cooling system broke down and has to be replaced. For a computer at this price, you should expect it should at least a couple of years. It's terrible, will not ever purchase an Alienware again.

Super-fast computer! Looks great! Great communication from Best Buy, but they need to improve their shipping process. 3 of my past 5 purchases experienced shipping delays to include this one. Best Buy fails to make Next day delivery on most orders.

Great gaming computer, bought it for flight sim and more graphically pulling games and it does just fine. PSU fan took a crap right as warranty was about to end so did the extended with Dell and they replaced it with no issues.

It was good while it lasted! Just not a fan of not being able to upgrade its a decent build for people that just want to play with good graphics but not for those who really want to push limits.

This is a great computer from Alienware. They fixed a lot issues with the last versions and have actually created a PC that runs quiet and cool for games that are usually hard to run.

It does exactly what I need. It just freezes sometimes this could attribute to it being an open box product. Overall it was a great deal 10/10. Not a huge fan of the alien interface(little clunky) that could be my age lol.

Workes perfectly as described. It’s overkill for my daily work, but I love that I’ve got so much headroom to run all my apps and have a million tabs open all the time. When I game, I can run everything at 4K with ultra settings and it all runs smoothly.

Great gaming system for anyone. The graphics are amazing.

My previous computer needed to be replaced Best Buy came out and replaced it with this newer model. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transfer of memory was by the employee. He was very knowledgeable and I retained all information off of my old computer without any difficulty. The whole experience was completely positive.

Great rig!! Had been 8 years since I built my last machine, so it was definitely time for an upgrade. This thing does not disappoint.

Exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. Performance is great when playing games, streaming or doing both.

works great. i left it on for days now and only put it on sleep mode when im not using it and have yet to see any problem

The R15 is terrible. Each one I tried was defective. 3 of them. When you plug it in it spins up and makes a loud flapping rattling type sound. Maybe from the water cooler radiator. I don’t know. Then when it runs it makes the same sound every few second. It’s more quiet but it happens every few seconds. This was on the first two I tried. Got another open box. It was worse. Same sound issues. But now this third one has s very loud constant whine/hum. So I returned it too. Then I found out where I returned it they put it back for sale the next day as open box. I bought it as open box and it should never have been sold. So it’s for sale still. Shame on them. A week later I wanted to give it one last chance do I ordered another open box. But this time I had them test it first. It would not even work. No signal to monitor and geek squad guy said probably gpu defect. So stupid they sell defect open box. Terrible.

This desktop was easy to setup and delivers incredible performance with stunning speed and gaming power.

It works great, exstreamy quiet and stays cool even running the highest graphics and over 60 fps

Only had a few weeks but so far I'm pleased with how much faster it is from than my previous machine.

Computer runs fantastic and 400+fps in all games. I recommend buying this item.
