Love this gaming laptop. Beautiful graphics. Super fast. Don’t buy it for the battery life though.

I definitely recommended it. More than powerful, has a beautiful design and is extremely fast.

Great laptop over all, however with my constant use on a daily basis always multitasking on it I have come across multiple issues in the nearly 3 years I have had mine. From the screen freezing or blacking out upon plug in, LEDs burning out around the rear ports, and aux port not always registering. Other than that with general care this laptop will last and look new for many years to come.

Love this laptop so far! Has a sturdy build quality but I surprisingly think for the size. Way faster and better at processing than my 2015 MacBook Pro. If your stuck with between the 17” and 15”, they’re exactly the same you’re really just paying for size. With that said I love how big the screen is. Also the keyboard has a nice typing feel and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. Def worth buying if there is a sale going on or you don’t mind spending the money!

I have only had the computer for about a month but so far everything has gone super smoothly. Aesthetically, the computer is beautiful (the white color scheme and the colored lights on the keyboard look especially nice) and functionally, it works like a dream. I most use the computer for World of Warcraft and retro gaming, so I can't say that I am pushing it to its limits, but it has easily handled everything I have thrown at it so far.

Very happy with this laptop. The 300hz screen is very smooth, I am getting good framerates in all games. The fans get noisy during gameplay but they are doing their job. I love the custom settings for the RGB keyboard. I don't see the edge bleeding that others are complaining about. I have had this for over 30 days with no issues.

After researching for weeks on a versatile machine that I could use for both work (I work remotely from home) and play, I landed on this PC. So far, it is just as awesome as advertised and preforming above expectations. I look forward to using this PC everyday. Shipment: I did have to place this as an order but it arrived in less than a week. Service: Rizo, at the Sunland Park store, is fantastic, very helpful and personable.

Love the customization of power, performance. Has run any game I have pulled through it better than my internet can keep up. so far games like COD Warzone, and DayZ. Stays cool with fan turned up (little whine but not bad for keeping machine cool). I did get it out of the Cage as a mark down in price, have had no issues.

This is a beautiful laptop and run flawlessly. It's fast, handles games well and was a big step up from my last laptop. However, like many other reviews have noted about this, it makes a high pitch screeching noise from the left side. This seems to be a problem with many of the newer dell laptops, you can find this complaint across many reviews. It's sad, because otherwise it's such an amazing laptop. If you use this laptop in a silent room mostly, it will start to drive you batty. I've owned this laptop for a month now and I have yet to find a solution. No driver/bios/firmware updates have fixed it, such a pity.

My new 17" Alienware laptop puts the joy and fun back into "computering. The screen is very sharp and clear. The Alienware stays cool to the touch. Booting up with the 1 terrabyte drive is instantaneous and the colorful keyboard is another plus. I would recommened this laptop to anyone who wants fun, excellent technology, and reliability in this excellent Alienware laptop which I call my "Sidekick" .... Not only did Best Buy have one, the Geek Squad flawlessly put in the software that I requested. What a great place to buy your own "Sidekicks"......

The M17 R3 has been a great computer for me and has no issues running any games at max settings. The 300Hz screen is a game changer and the 2070 SUPER makes games look incredible. Only drawback to this computer is that it runs hot, get a cooling pad and look into undervolting software if you push it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Alienware. It will play everything I throw at it; Battlefield V, Warcraft, Star Wars Battlefront II. The design is sleek, FX programmable keys are cool. Fans are slightly loud, but with headset you don't hear it. It definitely keeps the PC cool. Great powerful PC.

I am honestly not a gamer so I really can't give this a fair review in my opinion. I got this at a steal of a price because it was an open box item and I heard lots of good things about Alienware computers so that's why I bought it. I am also one of those that will spend a lot of money on a product that I know will last me for another 10 years or so. The picture I think is awesome when I have watched 4K videos one it. The sound quality is awesome when I have watched music videos on it. The one thing I can't stand about it is that the battery only lasts for about an hour and 15 minutes even though I am not playing games on it and I have the brightness at 75%. The second thing is the weight but I guess for a gaming computer, I am assuming this is what they're supposed to weight.

I have always loved Alienware computers I have bought very many these and they have always treated me well, I went through a couple of the m15 and the m17 models and they were running very hot especially with the alloy chassis so I had returned both of them so I just waited a few months until they came out with new Alienware the m15 and m17 R3 and I can tell you is that the thermals are sooooo much better which makes gaming so much better this laptop just flys through games with ease , Anyway I definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a gaming and also browsing etc All around computer :)

Fast great picture I play world of warcraft have it set on max .no lag game play is smooth bought a cooling pad for laptop to sit on .to help remove excess heat to help protect laptop.all in all happy with my purchase

Im disappointed that the RAM cannot be upgraded as one would expect in the name “Alienware”. This would be a step backwards in technology in 2000 let alone 2021. Most upsetting is that this setback is not documented anywhere on the box. Also, with such a high end graphics card, why no 4K screen? 17” screens are for watching your favorite movies on the go as well as gaming.

I absolutely love this laptop very fast and super quiet. I get great fps when playing games online i even bought the mouse and headset to go along with it. I love the rgb colors and locations also the plastic feels really strong and sturdy

This computer so far is an absolute beast. No issues what so ever. It is an expensive laptop but we'll worth it. The design of this thing is so nice. Never in my life I thought I would own one of these things. Alienware is very impressive.

I love this gaming laptop it runs great has a great picture and very nice sound for a laptop it runs AAA games with no problem only thing I was was the memory came bigger but you can still upgrade it I did with a 2 tb ssd :)
